I've had the privilege to lead in the Well-being space for over 18 years. While I've created many different programs for individuals, small groups and corporations, my focus stays the same. My focus is to leave a legacy where stress and dis ease are no longer status quo.
My goal is to stay ahead of the distracting 'quick fix' fitness industry and create programs that honor the individual person for where they are and give them the tools and guidance to go where they never thought they could go.

I came to Erika 10 months ago as a long-time runner recovering from a frozen shoulder and tightness in my lower back and legs. Not only am I more flexible now (I can now touch my toes for the first time in 20 years), I have also strengthened and toned other muscle groups. And Erika is charismatic, encouraging and inventive.
